About me

I am Brigitta Kolicsné Batka, a special education teacher. My developmental video series, divided into the four seasons, provides professionally grounded support not only for children attending early development sessions, but can also be excellently used as prevention, or simply as meaningful and useful home activity for any young child practising at home. Separately, or by purchasing the package, parents receive video materials of approximately 15 minutes each, built around the themes of autumn, winter, spring and summer. The recordings cover the entire school year and, similarly to live special education sessions, support the child’s development in a complex way.

With the help of the videos, parents can take part actively and confidently in shared playful development, which strongly supports the start of speech and the expansion of vocabulary through nursery rhymes accompanied by movement, songs, sound imitation, puppetry and stories. In addition, it develops the fine motor skills needed for drawing and writing through modelling clay, clipping activities and other manual dexterity games. The exercises also strengthen thinking, attention, memory and movement coordination, and help children become familiar with basic colours and shapes.

No expensive equipment is needed for the tasks, because the games shown in the videos can be carried out with simple objects that can be found at home or are easy to obtain, such as a ball, modelling clay, pebbles or plush toys.

The greatest value of the videos is that shared rhyming and singing strengthen the bond of trust between parent and child, and the videos can be conveniently fitted into the family’s daily routine at any time. This developmental material does not mean passive screen time for the child, but a conscious shared educational and developmental experience with parental presence.
